Patricia Naylor Thomas is an experienced executive coach, speaker and author who specializes in guiding clients to leverage their unique talents and find the best platform for their passions in or outside of the corporate structure. Since becoming an entrepreneur, she’s coached thousands of incumbent and developing leaders, business owners and teams in for-profit, nonprofit and volunteer organizations.
Patricia provides organizational development, retreat facilitation, strategic planning,, leadership training and teambuilding services for clients such as Cisco Systems, salesforce.com, Bell Canada, the MTA, Comcast, Toshiba America, Broadridge Financial, the Women Presidents’ Organization and Economic Development Corporations in Queens and the Bronx, NY.
Patricia is a former two-term president of Greater Queens Chapter and a frequent speaker and panelist at career and business conferences such as Women Who Are Changing the World, Black Achievers in Industry, Women in Black, and the Wall Street Project. She’s been quoted as a business and career expert in the Wall Street Journal, Essence Magazine, Black Enterprise Magazine, the New York Carib News and the Journal of the Queens Chamber of Commerce. She was a featured coach on the national TV network program “Makeover Manor” and her interviews were broadcast on Sky Radio and WMCA.
In between engagements, Patricia loves to visit beautiful Caribbean islands and scuba dive, and returns energized to resume life back home in the residential borough of Queens, New York, where she and her life partner Eddy garden, grow vegetables and tend to their plants in a place called home. She also practices yoga and is a former ballet dancer and high school English teacher – good examples of personal transitions that demonstrate to her clients that they too can successfully shift career and life paths.
She is the author of 101 Wisdom Tips for Volunteer Leaders and 25 Success Secrets of Million Dollar Business Owners. She is completing her next book: Confessions of a Corporate Insider.
