SFMS is a socially and economically disadvantaged women-owned small business that specializes in “Green Building” methodology with a core management team that has over 75 years experience in facilities management and consulting serving the federal, state, and local governments, as well as the industrial and commercial market place. Our purpose is to contribute to the sustainability of facilities we manage and the quality of life for the people that work there.
Through our Sustainable Operations and Maintenance program, we offer a wide range of services including Administrative, Project Management, Construction Management, Operations and Maintenance and Strategic Planning services.
