We exist to co-create a loving, empowered, healthy community in mind body and spirit through intentional movement, breath, creative expression and representation.
At Replenish, authenticity, self-love and personal growth thrive. We offer heart-guided and expertly instructed yoga classes, meditation sessions, Thai Yoga massage, Reiki and more. Customized yoga and meditation experiences can be created for private groups, individuals and team building events. If you have never been on a yoga mat or meditation cushion before or if you live on them daily, we have a special and unique offering just for you.
All classes are offered virtually. A selection of classes and wellness experiences are available in-studio.
