Morgan Group Ventures, Inc. (MGV) is headquartered in Washington DC. The company began operations under the name “Pen & Prose” in 1996 on a cart in Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport. From its auspicious beginnings, Morgan Group Ventures, Inc. learned from hands-on experience what it takes to create, sustain and grow a business within an airport environment.
In 2003, Morgan Group Ventures, Inc. expanded its operations to Dulles Airport under a Joint Venture agreement with HMSHost and recently with Stellar Partners. Morgan Group Ventures, Inc. currently operates, independently and in partnership with HMSHost and Stellar Partners, 24 locations in 3 airports.

FOOD & BEVERAGE
Full-service restaurants and bars, coffee shops and gourmet treats. Our current facilities include popular brands such as Carrabbas, District Chophouse, Wolfgang Puck, Kapnos, and Starbucks.
SPECIALTY RETAIL
Brand name and creative merchandise, selected with our numerous years of experience in airport specialty retail in mind, is available in our Pen & Prose Boutiques. These boutiques display an array of writing instruments from Parker, Waterman, Cross, Lamy; fine stationery products from Crane, Moleskine, Rhodia; fashion accessories from Vera Bradley, Spartina, Seiko; travel accessories, handmade and free trade gifts from around the globe; and unique business accessories to name only a few merchandise categories.
NEWS & GIFTS
These locations provide travelers with reading materials, snacks, electronics, souvenirs, pharmaceutical and other necessities often purchased before getting on a plane.
Owner, Mary Morgan is a graduate of both The University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School and Virginia Commonwealth University. She possesses a Master of Business Administration in Finance and Marketing and a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting, respectively. Additionally, Ms. Morgan is a Certified Public Accountant.
