Woods-Valentine Mortuary was established in 1928. We have been a family owned and operated business for more than 92 years. Our motto is: "Our Aim Is To Be Worthy of Your Confidence." We purpose to provide personal as well as professional service to the community. We provide at-need and pre-need funeral counseling services. We coordinate funeral services, and facilitate burial, cremation or shipment out of state or out of the country. We encourage families to pre-plan, as it is a gift to one's family.

X-Salient Management is a special event and project management company, that provides outstanding creative and logistical services. Our name is a play on the word egg-salient. We never wanted to put all our eggs in one basket and, with salient meaning the most notable or important. We strive to give our client's events multiple experiences and make their events the most notable. We have a combined 25 years of experience from corporate to religious to social events. Whether it full-service or a la carte, conception to completion, load in until the last guest leaves our comprehensive management capabilities ensure your events’ success. X-Salient focuses on:

* Event preparation – writing an event plan, documenting budgets and timelines and researching suppliers like caterers or staff members.

* Event promotion – aspects that help to sell the event, raise awareness and increase the number of attendees.

* On-site event management – making sure the big day (or days) goes without a hitch and that everyone is where they need to be. Putting out any onsite fires!

* Post-event review – organizing debriefs, data collection and analysis and reviewing these against the original event aims and figures.
