Under her leadership, the firm has provided a wide range of organizational development and training services including workshops, facilitating focus groups, seminars, and retreats and coaching. She has helped over two hundred thousand individuals and organizations.

She served as the first woman Chair of the Board of Trustees of Maryland Automobile Insurance, providing governance and leadership for the $100 million dollar carrier.
