Dr. Anita Petteway is a highly skilled physician and Board Certified Internal Medicine Specialist serving the South Florida community as a healthcare provider for nearly 25 years. She is well-known for her excellent bedside manner and genuine concern for her patients. Dr. Petteway often says that she was "called" for this very purpose.
In our office, we provide primary care and specialty services to both men and women for healthcare maintenance and a diverse variety of conditions which may include arthritis, hypertension, heart disease, diabetes, high cholesterol, asthma, allergies, gastrointestinal disorders, common colds, headaches, infections, and depression.
We also provide well examinations and health maintenance. These highly recommended yearly assessments and screenings are in place to monitor any conditional changes or new issues that may have surfaced. Wellness visits are often accompanied by personal prevention plans and are adjusted as needed if any changes in health occur. Our goal is for our patients to remain healthy.
Our services include treatment for several adult illnesses and chronic conditions, neurological testing, and in-office ultrasounds, in addition to diagnostic services, medicine management, preventative care, health counseling, and a variety of other care practices. We develop comprehensive care plans and interventions to help patients to best deal with their chronic illnesses.
