Me’Shae Brooks-Rolling made history in 2018 when she became the first Franchise Owner/Operator of EventPrep, Inc., in New York State and the northeastern territory. She is also the Executive Director of the Upstate Minority Economic Alliance. Me’Shae has been in the Special Events, Conferencing and Hospitality industry for 25 years. EventPrep NY is MWBE-Certified with the National Minority Supplier Development Council (NY/NY MSDC), New York State, and The City of Syracuse. She is a member of The Greater Syracuse Hospitality Tourism Association, serves on executive boards supporting inclusive entrepreneurship in the Syracuse and Upstate/Central New York Region, and was the recipient of the 2019 new customer acquisition award by EventPrep, Inc. corporate headquarters.

After an accomplished 27 year career in healthcare, Linda became an entrepreneur. She has owned a highly successful 'Top 100' retail franchise and a consulting franchise; and was the founder/ past Executive VP of a major franchisee organization. In this later role, she was an active member in the Coalition of Franchisee Associations (CFA), and was instrumental in helping the CFA reach its 'Universal Franchisee Bill of Rights' endorsement goal.
She is the first African-American Market President/Office Owner in the 33 history of FranNet, and is sensitive to the challenges that women and people of color face in business/franchise ownership.
Linda is a native Michigander, and currently splits her time between her residences in Michigan and sunny Florida. She received bachelor's and master's degrees from the University of Michigan - Ann Arbor and a second master's degree from Michigan State University.
