Me’Shae Brooks-Rolling made history in 2018 when she became the first Franchise Owner/Operator of EventPrep, Inc., in New York State and the northeastern territory. She is also the Executive Director of the Upstate Minority Economic Alliance. Me’Shae has been in the Special Events, Conferencing and Hospitality industry for 25 years. EventPrep NY is MWBE-Certified with the National Minority Supplier Development Council (NY/NY MSDC), New York State, and The City of Syracuse. She is a member of The Greater Syracuse Hospitality Tourism Association, serves on executive boards supporting inclusive entrepreneurship in the Syracuse and Upstate/Central New York Region, and was the recipient of the 2019 new customer acquisition award by EventPrep, Inc. corporate headquarters.

* Event promotion – aspects that help to sell the event, raise awareness and increase the number of attendees.
* On-site event management – making sure the big day (or days) goes without a hitch and that everyone is where they need to be. Putting out any onsite fires!
* Post-event review – organizing debriefs, data collection and analysis and reviewing these against the original event aims and figures.
