Me’Shae Brooks-Rolling made history in 2018 when she became the first Franchise Owner/Operator of EventPrep, Inc., in New York State and the northeastern territory. She is also the Executive Director of the Upstate Minority Economic Alliance. Me’Shae has been in the Special Events, Conferencing and Hospitality industry for 25 years. EventPrep NY is MWBE-Certified with the National Minority Supplier Development Council (NY/NY MSDC), New York State, and The City of Syracuse. She is a member of The Greater Syracuse Hospitality Tourism Association, serves on executive boards supporting inclusive entrepreneurship in the Syracuse and Upstate/Central New York Region, and was the recipient of the 2019 new customer acquisition award by EventPrep, Inc. corporate headquarters.

She’s been quoted as a business and career expert in the Wall Street Journal, Essence Magazine, Black Enterprise Magazine, the New York Carib News and the Journal of the Queens Chamber of Commerce. She was a featured coach on the national TV network program “Makeover Manor” and her interviews were broadcast on Sky Radio and WMCA.
In between engagements, Patricia loves to visit beautiful Caribbean islands and scuba dive, and returns energized to resume life back home in the residential borough of Queens, New York, where she and her life partner Eddy garden, grow vegetables and tend to their plants in a place called home. She also practices yoga and is a former ballet dancer and high school English teacher – good examples of personal transitions that demonstrate to her clients that they too can successfully shift career and life paths.
